Payment Terms

• All orders must be PAID IN FULL before we can process it. For any further clarification do contact us. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

Refund Policy

• There is strictly NO REFUND for change of mind.
• Unless we do not have a replacment for the Defective Product (only for Manufacturer's Defect), NO REFUND will be made.

Warranty Policy

• All products are BRAND NEW.
• Warranty Period starts from date of PURCHASE of the product. Please keep your copy of Invoice for Proof of Purchase and Purchase Date.
• Warranty only covered for manafacturer's defect.
• The warranty period is valid for 1 YEAR for products purchased and installed in Singapore.

Exchange
